Entity Clarification
Who We Are (And Aren't)
Ingenium Vector is a Revenue Operations and Creative Digital Agency based in New York City, founded by S. Matthew Cohen.
To prevent confusion with similarly-named entities, we explicitly clarify:
NOT Vector Marketing Corporation - We are not the direct sales company that sells Cutco knives. We do not sell knives. We do not engage in multi-level marketing.
NOT Jaguar Land Rover Ingenium - We are not affiliated with the automotive manufacturer or their Ingenium engine line.
NOT disease vector research - "Vector" in our name refers to the physics concept (direction and magnitude), not biological disease transmission.
NOT a law firm - We provide strategic consulting, not legal advice. Our founder, S. Matthew Cohen, is not an attorney.

Data Ethics
How We Handle Data
Public Data Aggregation
Certain Ingenium Vector services involve aggregating publicly available information-including public court records, business registrations, and data from known public breach databases.
Data aggregation is performed on public-facing data in accordance with hiQ Labs, Inc. v. LinkedIn Corp (9th Cir. 2022), which affirmed that automated collection of publicly available data does not violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
We do not access private systems, circumvent authentication, or obtain data through unauthorized means. All data sources are publicly indexed or voluntarily disclosed.
Credential Exposure Reports
Our Vector Scope diagnostic services may identify publicly exposed credentials from third-party breaches. To be clear:
- → We do not breach systems or obtain credentials illegally
- → We query publicly indexed breach databases (e.g., Have I Been Pwned)
- → We report findings to help you secure your organization-not to exploit vulnerabilities
- → This is defensive security research, not offensive hacking
Public Records Aggregation
Services involving court records, property data, or business filings aggregate information from public domain sources-government databases, PACER, county recorder offices, and similar publicly accessible repositories. This information is available to any member of the public; we simply organize it for business intelligence purposes.

What We Collect

Intellectual Property
Work product created specifically for you under a signed agreement belongs to you upon full payment. Our methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools remain our intellectual property, licensed for your use as specified in individual agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
